All about him!

I received an email this morning about a newly found creature that looked like a little ‘anak naga’. Forwarded the email to my dearest for confirmation and this was his reply…

“Anak naga yang i tahu gelap sikit..... now he is about 38 yrs old... Raj Kumar a/l Naga Rajah”!

Recently, a friend of my dearest took a picture with the 2nd place winner of One in A Million, the singing competition.

My dearest: Dia ni yang bapak dia Teletubbies kan?

His friend: *paused*

Several seconds later…

His friend: Oh, sebab bapak dia Nd Lala! *tergelak*

So readers, did you get the jokes? *grin cheekily*

Small they may be but...euwww!

Neighbour: Babe, I just bought hamsters so I will need your advice on how to take care of them!

Me: Err, what makes you think I’m an expert at all?

Neighbour: My daughter told me that you ‘bela tikus’ at home.

Me: Err, ‘bela tikus’ is not the word that I would choose since I will kill those bastards the moment I see one.

Neighbour: You mean, you have real tikus at home and not hamsters?

Me: Yeah! Why? *dahi berkerut*.

Neighbour: Damn! When she said you have tikus in your house, I really thought she meant hamsters. Now what am I gonna do with my hamsters? I know nuts about them.

Me: *Pointing at the computer, giggling* Good luck friend!

Yeah, you have just learned something new about me today, I hate small hairy animals…MAK GELI SIOT!

I wish I'm a kid again!

I know April Fools is totally pointless, but I really can't pass up a great opportunity to talk shit. And this year, shit is indeed high on the agenda.

Meet the latest addition to our family, Tango and Snowie!
Tango is a Lionhead and Snowie is a New Zealand White and Flamish mix.

They are the very epitome of what life should be…sleep, shit, eat, shit, play and shit some more. They may look small and helpless but don’t be fooled by those big angelic eyes. They are in fact a shit machine put on earth to drive humans crazy! It’s unbelievable to see the amount of shit they churned out daily. If bunny’s poo is valuable, I would be a billionaire many times over! We accidentally left the gates open one day and when we got home the house was scattered with their ‘Pil Chit Kit Tek Aun’.

We have also adopted a stray cat named Felix!

Having said that, these cuddly animals are wonderful addition to our little animal farm of cats, tortoise, fishes, red ants, domestic gecko, wild birds and squirrels. Suffice to say that our house is quickly becoming a place of attraction to the neighbourhood ‘ankle-biters’ i.e. children…if only I could charge by the minute *sigh*

Oh… and I took leave from work last Friday bracing myself with crowd pushing, sweating bodies and hot humid mildly air-conditioned air at the Mattel Warehouse sale. I went a little overboard coz I bought tons of toys not only for cheeky bom bom but also myself. Hey, who said toys are only for children. Its not *shaking head* and it’s not just me coz when I reached the pay counter, amongst the toys I picked, I found toys that my dearest had also sneaked into the basket for himself *rolling eyes*. His argument is that it states on the box that it’s for 10+ year olds…apparently he out-qualify by about 23 plus years!!!

Oh… and I must also publicly apologise to my dearest old friend, Fida, for missing her housewarming cum birthday party last weekend. We had to help my stranded sis in law when her car quitted on her on the highway right after our bowling tournament. By the time the saga ended, we were already too tired to go anywhere.

A taggie!

I was tagged by Tiena to come up with 10 random guilty pleasures. The thing is, it's not that I could not find 10 sins that can give me endless pleasures, it's just that I cannot limit myself to just 10! *grin*

Besides, what I have listed on the right panel of my blog are enough to give you a glimpse of the person that I am....

"Simple yet crazy, nice yet naughty, sweet yet a bitch, cool yet pretty nuts, spend thrift yet shopping spree addict, lovable yet a tigress, love to eat yet on lifetime diet, love to travel yet struggle to find free time, open minded yet strict at times"

Go figure!

Welcoming myself back from busyland!

I was not buried alive under a mound of cow manure! (just mounds of paper works)

I was not trapped in a smart tunnel!

I was not adopted by Angelina Jolie!

I didn't run away to join the circus!

I was not even in jail for petitioning for a certain politician to step down!

In reality, I have just been super busy this week. The annual report pretty much took up whatever free time I have. Now that its finally out of the way, my life suddenly seems pretty normal again.

All in all, I need a lot of TLC, a good nights sleep and some warm sunshine. Unfortunately, it's been raining almost every afternoon making everything wet and gloomy. My throat hurts as much as my head does. The coughing is pretty bad!

Regardless, once things settle down, I'll rejoin the ranks of bloggers and do my best to entertain the masses *if you can consider my writing entertaining*

Go ahead, lie to me. Constructive criticism has no place here... bold face lies about my awesomeness are much more appreciated!

See you in my next exciting post *grin*

Living up to the bitchy image!

Some of you may be sitting there right now thinking, God, if only I knew what Minah Sepet has been up to lately! I just can't go on with my life until I know!! *yeah right* Well, I'm here to oblige you.

Last week was a big blur to me mostly because my memory sucks.

What I remember most was about me being emotionally up and down. The big red mama paid a visit last week and it really played havoc with my emotion. One minute I was happily humming getting ready to go bowling, the next I was throwing tantrum, threatening to run away from home, over something mundane like a broken compact powder and unwashed dishes.

Although, I do remember about us looking at the empty cage that Prince and Snowball have outgrown and decided on the spot that we should get rabbits to fill it up. We even went to 5 different pet stores to survey the rabbits, went to a rabbit farm in Semenyih where me and the kids (nieces, nephews and cheeky bom bom) nearly died with excitement playing with the cute cuddly flurry rabbits and a guy in Shah Alam promised to bring us to see him newborn rabbits. This rabbity business is extended to this week as we have another appointment tomorrow to see another rabbit farm which hopefully will see us finally deciding on the types of rabbits we are going to add to our little animal farm.

So you really can’t blame me when I tried to recall my activities for the week before and all I get are images of me in a fit of anger and lots of fluffy rabbits!

Btw, anyone has any experience on how to take care of rabbits? Err…and also how to control the mood swing? I was really quite a bitch last week!

How Now Brown Cow?

From

“undi BN=Barang Naik, undi PAS=Pasti Anda Silap, undi DAP=Dalam Alam Percintaan (Berangan saja laa..), undi PKR=Pasti Kau Rugi, undi BEBAS=Boleh Engkau Buat Apa Saja. Rumusan: Undilah BN kerana jika BARANG NAIK isteri semakin sayang”

To

Besar mana Roket hang, panjang mana Keris hang…kalau datang Bulan, simpan dalam seluar saja lah roket & keris tuh!!

To

“Sahaja aku undi keluar barisan kerana naik roket menuju ke bulan kerana keadilan”

To

“Sesiapa yang terjumpa seorang rakyat Selangor, rambut putih, berkulit licin semacam, keturunan jawa, agak pendek dan gemar pegang penyapu, sila hubungi balai polis berhampiran. Minta dia tolong PAS kan kunci pejabat MB”

Whatever it is, we all know now the surprising outcome of it all. Sentiments are high ranging from happiness to sadness to anger to disinterested….kinda like the feeling evoked by Petronas adverts.

Come what may, the People have spoken, LOUD & CLEAR. Now it’s their turn to show us what they can do and whether they could keep their promises. They have been saying all this while that in these modern times, they understand the younger generation better than BN. After all they represent Rockets (DAP) and Space Exploration (PAS) whilst BN is still Dacing when the whole world is using digital scales. Sometimes one needs the young to lead the young. You don’t expect Samy Vellu to do the Hip Hop? Hip Pop Crack!! Mungkin lah…

Apparently the current government have failed to listen and satisfy thus frustating the most crucial generation of today….young, intellectual, professional….27 to 40 year olds. Orang macam kita lah!! Which some call it as Generation Starbucks. Why?

Is it because the UMNO youth leader is too engrossed in senior politics and have forgotten his role? When the issue of ‘Youth’ comes about it is translated to ‘Mat Rempits’ only? UMNO youth is seen as a club/pool for parasites trying to make a ‘Buck’ thus avoided by intellectuals and professionals like the plague? UMNO youth have forgotten about the Malay Agenda due to gluttony of government contracts? It’s not cool to be an UMNO fella?

Interviewer: Would you like to join UMNO?
Professional Youth: Ummm……Nooo lah

I dunno lah…Go figure…

The ballot list by SPR is segregated by age. Those born before 1963 will vote in ‘Saluran 1’ 1963 – 1971 ‘Saluran 2’ 1972 to 1986 ‘Saluran 3’. This started in the last election in 2004. So what’s my point??

If one had a brain the size of an Amoeba, one could already suss out that in 2004 Saluran satu will always be pro BN (Org pencen kerajaan, org tua yang takut kalau perang kena makan ubi kayu lagi etc), Saluran 2 less favouring BN and Saluran 3…..BN? Over their dead carcass!! They’d rather shove a Durian up their @$$... This was 2004 OK…’they’ knew that the youths are not voting for them automatically like in 1964…..dulu kalau Dacing letak kambing pun menang!! Basically lost because they’ve forgotten to do their homework..

Thank you BN, for all the education that you’ve given us….we have become smarter & wiser. Unfortunately assuming that the youths are ‘Dumb’ & ‘Blind’ have caught you by surprise. We are not ‘Dumb’ for we have spoken and we are not ‘Blind’ for we can see a brighter path when the deadwoods are cleared.

As they say… To Assume is to make an ASS out of U and ME

Now wake up!!

And they were one...

Last Monday, my in-laws had a pretty grand shindig to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary. As usual, the event were jointly organised by their anaks and the menantus under my FIL’s eagle eyed guidance. Lately, all the family activities seem to be that way. What used to be and most of the time, still is his forte (in organising), I think he is slowly relinquishing his reign to prepare his children to take over the duty.

From the coloured theme to the multimedia presentation to the food to the place to the door gifts..etc, the beradiks and the menantus all chipped in. We started of at 6.30pm with cocktail for the friends to mingle and reminisce about nostalgic old times. Right after Maghrib, the event which is similar to a small scale wedding party, started! I must add that the owner of The Kampung Pengantin in Jalan Ampang were most obliging in meeting our every demand.

Though the rain slightly dampened the air and drowning out the multimedia presentation, it was a good night. I was especially proud of my daughter for being brave enough to go up on the stage in front of hundreds of guest rendering a special dedication to her grandparents i.e. Yayie and Neena.

There were hardly any dry eyes when the multimedia presentation (fantastically done by my SIL*kipas sikit*) was shown which depicted their love story which started in 1964 till the present day. And it has to be said that the loudest was my dearest!!! He bawled like a baby and actually had to delegate his ‘speech’ to his sister who also bawled whilst reading the speech especially made to their parents (though not as bad as my dearest)!! Later, I was quite surprised when he asked me if I felt ashamed about him crying. The man who cried at our wedding, cried when our daughter was born and cried during this party!!! Why on earth would I be ashamed? I’m actually very proud that I have landed myself a man who is not afraid to show his feelings! Crybabies are men too….i suppose..

When I stood there enjoying the event, the questions that went through my mind were….

1) How many of us will reach the 40th anniversary? While some of us smoke 2 packs a day, eating heavily fried items everyday, daily TehTarik ….Forget about it!!

2) How many old couples do we know that are still very loving towards one another and still bathe together at times? …comparing the size of tummy flabs ,crinkly knees, amount of silver nose hair or whose nipples are dropping closest to their belly button!!....Not many I tell u..

3) How many couples who really have gone through really bad times and really good times together, yet never fighting at all? Impossible you say….unless you’re married to a Saint

4) How many couples who are truly lucky to be married to their soul mate? Not Elizabeth Taylor or Zsa Zsa Gabor…..or even Ayah Pin

5) How many couples, who others never spoke in condescension but always in a good light? Rosmah and Najib…..NOT!!

6) How many couples that really go out of their way to help others never expect anything in return but just mere ‘thank you’? Mr & Mrs Ah Long…NOT!!

And as I squeezed my dearest’s hand that night, I sent a little prayer to up above hoping that we will be one of those couples……and in the slightest whisper I could hear my dearest say, …………….so I’m gonna be stuck with you for the next 31 years huh!!!

Hello people, I'm back!

Somewhere in between Jan 29-Feb 26, there were the trips to Muar, JB and Singapore, the team building in Putrajaya, few courses in various hotels in KL, many deadlines, meetings, conferences, annual report to churn out, my dearest’s business trips, cheeky bom bom’s birthday, crazy sisters Tish and Pink’s birthdays, crazy sister El’s farewell back to down under with mum accompanying her! It’s exhausting to even try listing down what I’ve been up to for the past 1 month. Who can blame me for not having the time to blog. Infact, it’s been so long since I last updated this poor blog of mine, laziness crept in and it was kind of hard to break the habit.

Anyway on with yet another tale of mine….

During one of the public holidays, we decided to hit Genting Highland the resort where if it is up to them, they’ll charge you for farting in public. With no hotel reservation, we just tried our luck! Can you believe that all the rooms in Genting were frickin gone! They must have more than 6000 rooms and none could accommodate the 3 of us! Oh well, served us right for not planning ahead. We did enjoy spoiling cheeky bom bom with all the rides though.

On the way down, my dearest wanted to check out Awana’s golf course (in front of the largest tomb in Asia…they’re busy building Uncle Lim’s final resting place on a hillside facing Goh Tong Jaya btw). I quickly dashed inside to the receptionist. They did have available room but the price! Mak datuk, I can buy a kambing with that price! But instantly I agreed to take up the room spurned by an incident! Damn! 2008 will start with an ‘Annus Horribilis’ ….from the great words of Queen Elizabeth II.

I felt like crapping!

Minutes later, I was happily crapping away in my own toilet rather that in a public loo! So far it’s the costliest I’ve paid for a load of crap. Why didn’t I just use their w/c at the lobby??? Once the tummy ache is in full motion, any reasoning and common sense is flushed out of the brain.

Trivia question: Where exactly is the rear side of a tree???
Answer: No its not where the moss grows the most… it’s when u have gotta go for a crap in the jungle, you’d go behind a tree cause you’d never go crap in front of a tree would ya…. Gaddabingg!!!

Crap rules the day!

One more down, two to go....

Crazy sisters Tish and Pink are currently sucking up big time to mum. Reason? They want to have a birthday bash for their upcoming birthdays at the end of the month! You see on Christmas Eve last year, my mother decided to throw a barbeque party to celebrate crazy sister’s El 21st birthday! It was supposed to be just a small family gathering but mum did allow the crazy sisters to invite few of their friends. Few my stinkin ass! Ever heard of bagi betis nak peha, bagi peha nak @#$*&! Well instead of a few, they must have invited their whole school plus the janitor and their Bibik’s as well!

I can’t blame them coz I did the same thing when I was their age. And I guess mum also learned her lesson coz she actually catered enough food to feed the mob!

So anyway it’s kind of funny to see the otherwise pampered sisters actually lifting fingers to help around the house nowadays. They actually took my plate to the kitchen *after several hard hintings thrown their way*!!! I was sooo surprised I was pinching myself blue and wanted to go out and buy a lottery ticket there and then!! But between you and me, I’m pretty sure that their effort will be futile. After all, celebrating coming out of age deserves some sort of celebration. Definitely not for 20 and 14!

I honestly cannot recall how I celebrated my 21st birthday! But my 22nd celebration was a bit special to me because friends from all over UK came down to London to celebrate it with me during a small surprise party thrown by my dearest *then my boyfriend* : )

What about you? Do you have a special memory of your birthday celebration?

Free the mind....

Last weekend, before the madness hits full swing (work wise), I’ve decided to take my dearest and cheeky bom bom for a little time out at the organization’s newly renovated resort. Whoever designed it was a genius! Genius I tell you!
On the way home we decided to have lunch by the beach, being one of the places where I was brought up when I was a kid, I’ve always had a nostalgic soft spot for this place. The folks here were getting quite entrepreneurial to my surprise! Now you could rent beach chairs for RM15 a day, A large ‘Pasar malam’ Umbrella, Banana Boat ride, Jet-ski, kites, proper place to shower and change and quite a lot of stalls selling trinkets and knick knacks. During those days there were only the ‘Abang Tiub Tayar’ and the odd ‘ais kerim roti’ or ‘ais kerim Malaysia’ guy.

There was also a ‘pony ride’ at the square, now here’s the most amazing part….. look at the picture of the pony below….. anything peculiar in particular????

Mak Datuk ! Kenapa kuda ada belalai!!! Besornye!! That’s why they call it ‘Hung Like A Horse!!’ Poor thing… cause according to the guy in-charge, once that happens, the horse can’t move (Takut injury against the tarmac!! Hahahahaa), No one can ride him (takut org tunggang kena tunggang!!) and what’s worse is that its quite embarassing for parents who have to answer innocent questions in public from curious children like ‘Mak, apa tu?’ or ‘Why does the horse have 2 tails? Or ‘ Eeee! Macam Ayah punya!!!’

Melaka Negeri Bersejarah

Few weeks back, on the way back to KL from Muar (a northwestern region of the State of Johor under the administrative powers of the Kingdom of Johor…according to my dearest is where all great Johoreans comes from *rolling eyes*), he decided to take a detour through Bandar Hilir Melaka. I was really tired so decided to close my eyes with the intention of visiting La La Land.

But the hustle and bustle of the city was way too much for me to ignore. I opened my eyes to peep and saw an unfamiliar sight. I got up and I saw A’Famosa. Ok, we were at the right place but what happened to the rest? Or did they move A’Famosa to a crowded city?? We parked and did the tourist thingy. We even jumped onto one of the brightly decorated trishaw with loud music blaring to the tune of ‘No Woman No Cry’…we were like a curious MahMeri child on crack! These trishaws were like one of those Notting Hill or New Orleans floats during the carnivals minus the thongs and feathers. Thank god for that! Imagine the poor Pakcik who was cycling us in thongs and feathers…eeeuuuwww!!!

Here and there, we were greeted by new sights. I was pleasantly surprised by the new development of the city. It was exactly how a tourist attraction place should look like. The local tourism authority has really done a good job! If you haven’t been to Melaka since Jurassic Park 1 like me, go! Go now and be bowled over like I did!

However there was a slight blip to the tour.

We decided to brush up our knowledge on Malacca history via the nightly light and sound show. Towards the end of the show, there was a part where the pre-recorded voice was saying how Umno and the coalition won 51 seats out of 52 seats in the first general election and it was repeated 15 times! 15 bloody annoying times! I know that election is around the corner, but enough already. Its like watching the RTM news these days…. a pre-election propaganda repertoire. After every news telecast one could hear the subconscious chant of Da…cing…Pang…kah….Da…cing…Pang…kah….!!! Apparently the faulty machine has been at it since 1998 and they couldn’t fix it because it’s too costly. So audiences for the past 10 years have to just sit and bear with it....

…Duh!

By the way, I have mentioned earlier that a girlfriend of mine had successfully launched her first novel. What I did not mention was the fact that she had spent a good six months researching on the subject matter, draft and redraft her stories, chalking up on money and time spent talking to friends for advises.

So I wonder how long did this person (read here for the full story) spend when she wrote her little book of poem?

Copying a sentence or two is still acceptable, but when you actually get paid for it, you have crossed the border between plagiarizing and thieving.

Thread it like Ian Thorpe

Taking a bold step towards one of my new year’s resolution, we are now officially a member of a club. In a bid to have a healthier lifestyle in 2008, to shave off the extra trimmings, to reduce the diameter of our ‘love handles’… we have joined a club which offers all the facilities of a golf club minus the golf. I’m quite proud of myself at the moment mind you coz this is my very first club which I paid with my own hard earned dosh. Not a supplementary card from dad but MY OWN *patting myself in the back*

So you see, I really can’t be blamed for spending my every free moment at the club now can I? Although I have to admit a little secret…I have yet to use any other facilities apart from the huge pool. When it comes to swimming I’m a natural, I’m like a duck to water, like Britney to motherhood..Not!! more like Bush to oxymoronic public statements or like American Athletics to anabolic steroids… really! I really cannot avoid it.

I may have set my mind the moment I left the house that today I will at least try the gym or the cross training sessions but the moment I set foot at the club, I will walk straight to the pool like a fly into an ultra violet light….my will power is equal to a recovering alcoholic locked in a bar full of Bacardi. Only if ‘imagining’ oneself on the treadmill would lose calories, I’d be Twiggy by now!!

I have made a promise to myself to use the gym at least once a week before they enrol me into an honorary member of the ‘Dugong’ Club!! Snigger as much as you guys want, I WILL prove to you that 2008 will be a leaner and fitter year for me….

Can o not?? Sure Can One!!!

Happy New Year Y'all

So how did I spent my day yesterday?

I went swimming!!

Crap! I hope I won't be burnt in hell for not spending more time yesterday repenting my sins for the past year.

But I had good reasons! Promise! Girls' scout promise!

I'll tell you more in the next post....

8 days after NY!

I’ve been neglecting this poor blog of mine. So many things are happening in my life right now but I just don’t have the time to blog about it.

I’m still adjusting myself back to the time before school holidays, to the time where one have to wake up at the crack of dawn, to the time where one have to drive to work yawning with eyes barely open, to the time where one have to fight tooth and nail in the evening just to get home and to the time where one would be literally dead on her feet by 10pm!

I need my sleep….badly!

Gosh, I'm even putting myself to sleep with this post. I just have nothing exciting to say.

Btw, I was pretty emo yesterday because I thought an old friend had deserted me which turned out that she thought I had deserted her as a friend. If only people can be straight forward with each other, don’t beat around the bush and lay everything out in the open, then I think the world would be a nicer place to live.

I think I’m going to take my own advice and be more forthcoming henceforth!

To Hezzy the novelist, why do people keep grudges in their heart but acted normal in front of others instead of voicing it out load? Why must a simple misunderstanding and an oversight which can easily be remedied be the reason for the downfall of friendship? Can this incident be a plot for your next novel and dedicate it to your friends?

Btw, one of my oldest and closest friends has just released her first baby! Do check it out at the nearest bookstore! I've read it and I'm not embarrass to promote it cause it is THAT good! Congrats zy!

Happy New Year Y'all!

Yeah, sue me for being a procrastinator!

But between 11.18am on Friday until 15.04pm on Monday, I just couldn’t find any time slot to start blogging. Gila babas sibuk! Not with work mind you but more with my social life. Whatever that I was going to bitch here the other day are so last year’s news. Since it is the last day of 2007, it’s befitting if I dedicate my post today exclusively for it!

Somewhere in the world now it is already 2008. But for us, we still have about few more hours to go. I’m not going to be at a black tie function, I’m not going to KLCC or any other places in town to celebrate and I’m not even going to a friend's New Year's Eve party that I’m supposed to attend. Instead, at midnite today, I will be at home with my dearest and cheeky bom bom, showered and in our pajamas watching Astro switching between channel 615, 703, 712, 411-413 and the sport channels.

As for the New Year, last year we were asleep before midnight. So for this year, it is our goal to at least see the new year arrive, toast a glass of sparkling non-alcoholic drink, kiss, say "happy new year" and then go to bed. It's still pathetic, but much less pathetic than going to sleep in 2006 and waking up in 2007.

2007! To recap! I won't make a list of what I learned because, well, it is better left unwritten. Some things don't need to be put into words. But I will say this....Power is good and power is sweet. I’ve mentioned before how my new job gave me an extraordinary power to make my ex-bosses from my previous company to report to me. Nooo, I don’t abuse my power *wink* but a mere phone call to them was enough to get them stutter over the phone. Our roles have been reversed. The meek is now the mighty. That alone is a powerful knowledge. Never tread on someone else’s shoes because you’ll never know when the table might turn on you.

For the first time in my life, I'm honestly ready for the New Year. I'm reenergized and waiting to take it on. I am stronger in mind and body and will continue to build my confidence as the person I am. I have all the blessings I could want in my life... now it's time to enjoy them and live my life as the strong and confident person I can absolutely be.

So, there will be lots of living to be done...living as I know how. Remember, I am awesome. Everyday I will remind myself of that and then everything else will fall into place, because it just has to. You can remind yourselves that I'm awesome every day too. That way you can say you know the awesomest person ever and you'll feel more important and therefore your lives will be better too. Go ahead... you have my permission *grin*

Finally, I just want to say thank you all for reading this blog, leaving your comments, supporting me and laughing with me. It does mean a lot...more than you know. I have met some amazing people through this "public journaling" and I'll never forget that.

My best wishes for a happy new year to all of you and your families.

Happy New Year, be safe, live happy and hold your heads high, always. It's gonna be a great 2008! Because I'm awesome and I said so!

MinahSepet out.

Few days before new year!

I haven’t had such a happening short break from work for a long time. Shit I don’t even know where to start bitching. Ok ok ok…..we’ll do it chronologically no?

First thing first! I’ve just ordered the coolest ‘something’ on the planet. Really, it is going to transform my dorky mama ass into the coolest chic in the universe. Or at least maybe the coolest chic in KL? No? Ok, maybe just the coolest chic in my tempat jin bertendang? OK FINE! THE COOLEST CHIC ON MY STREET. Happy?

I know you are peeing with excitement but you’ll just have to wait like the rest of us for the ‘something’ to arrive before I can start showing off!

Anyhow, my raya was a bit mundane. Nothing much to do besides ogling the chosen lembus, kerbaus and kambings, all waiting for its turn to be sacrificed. Nothing exciting here, so I’ll skip this part!

On to the next story which I will tell you tomorrow…ngeh ngeh ngeh!

Patience my grass hoppers! Patience! Tomorrow will come…pinky promise!

Last post before Christmas!

Today I’m happy! I’m grinning from ear to ear! I am RM100 and 1 bottle of Rasberry Carbonated Drink richer courtesy of my department’s staff recognition award! Glad that all the hard work throughout the year was somewhat recognized by others.

If you want to gauge my mood, all you have to do is examine my face. If I don’t approve, you will sure as hell know it, either from my scowl, or from my cutting remarks. If I’m happy, the whole world will be affected by it. If not from my words, then from my countenance and body language. Some times, I wish I were a better faker. But I am what I am!

I also have a bad habit of giving people a death stare when I am especially unhappy. Maybe I was dragged to a meeting, or a place, or a dinner against my wishes, or perhaps my viewpoint or ego is being run over by others in the room or maybe I have an unfavorable opinion of the speaker − all you have to do is read my face and you will know from my unnerving frown. Quite frankly, I don’t even like the death stare. It’s not contrived at all; it’s just me in my head and my body saying: “this is not to my liking.” And at the end I’ll be frowning but my mouth will be smiling putting across a cynical look on my face! This is really not a pretty sight to behold!

Too bad I have stage fright and can't act, or I could rival the devil who wears Prada herself.

Anyway, I have decided that my new year’s resolution for this year is that I would try and control my facial expressions and would also stop
re-evaluating everything and over analyzing things. It's a vicious mental battle and I hate every last second of it. Dwelling... oh the dwelling. The joys of being a mental case.

Let’s see what the New Year will bring!

Anyway, Selamat Hari Raya Aidil Adha and Merry Christmas to all!

Please drive safely to wherever you're going!

Naughty or nice?

So what if my team got 2nd place in the bowling tournament last Friday!

So what if because of that losing streak, we did not managed to bag the overall winner’s title!

So what if, as the staffs club treasurer entrusted to buy the gifts for the winner, I’m toying with the idea of buying something less attractive than originally planned if my team had win!

So what if I will be labeled as sore loser!

Revenge is sweet, money is power and I have the power over both!

The question now is whether I am a nice girl or not! And it's not as if I'm expecting Santa to bring me any gifts this year!

Muahahaha *devil’s laugh*
